Qsep Ultra 可同時處理最多 8 個 Wells，其中 6 個用於樣品分析，另外 2 個作為正負對照。每次可自動進樣處理 6 個樣品，分離電壓範圍為 1~8kV，並透過 USB 與電腦連接。電源規格為 AC 100-240V，最大耗電量 160W。機身尺寸為 W395 × D300 × H370 mm，重量約 14 公斤。
